Cecilia is an attorney with more than 20 years of experience advising domestic and international clients on complex energy, corporate, and commercial matters. Her practice focuses on the development of energy projects, where she has represented clients in structuring, negotiating, and implementing sophisticated legal and corporate arrangements related to renewable and conventional power generation, as well as the commercialization, transportation and distribution of natural gas.

She also has significant experience in corporate and transactional law, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, corporate governance, and a wide range of commercial transactions.

  • Represented a Spanish energy company in the development of 4 wind farms in the State of Oaxaca.
