Our Mediation team has deep experience in alternative dispute resolution, guiding companies and individuals through amicable mediation processes in civil, commercial, and family matters. Partner Fernando Pérez Correa, a certified mediator accredited by the Superior Court of Justice of Mexico City, leads this practice, assisting parties in reaching mutually beneficial resolutions. His role spans both representing individual parties and serving as an impartial mediator facilitating dialogue and agreement between disputing sides.
Additional members of our team are currently in the process of certification by the Superior Court of Justice of Mexico City. This will allow us to expand our mediation services across a broader range of industries and increase our capacity to handle a greater volume of cases.
The strength of our Mediation practice lies in the combined experience of our litigation attorneys, their ongoing training in alternative dispute resolution, and their strong transactional background and professional ethics. These qualities enable us to support clients through negotiations that are agile, cost-effective, and time-efficient—ultimately delivering amicable, durable solutions for all parties involved.
The Mediation team has extensive experience in dispute resolution in this alternative means by which our partner, Fernando Perez Correa, certified mediator of the Superior Court of Justice of Mexico City, accompanies and guides companies and individuals during the process of amicable mediation to resolve issues of a Civil, Commercial and/or Family nature, This has enhanced PCG’s expertise in this area, allowing our team to be involved both in cases in which it represents one of the parties, as well as in conflicts in which it acts as an impartial third party that brings the parties together and supports them in resolving their dispute.
Other members of our team are in the process of being certified by the Superior Court of Justice of Mexico City, which will allow us to expand our mediation services to cover different industries, which may materialize in a greater number of dispute resolution cases.
