- Advised an industrial manufacturer in an international arbitration concerning the interpretation and performance of aluminum supply contracts, with implications for export markets and competition regulations. The hearing was completely in English and was held in New York City.
- Defended a major international financial institution in a complex civil litigation involving the enforcement of financial guarantees and contractual liability, achieving a favorable ruling safeguarding key client assets.
- Assisted the owner of a data center construction project in an arbitration before the Centro de Arbitraje de México (CAM) arising from the early termination of the contract. In the arbitration, significant delays by the contractor were alleged, which justified the early termination, while the contractor challenged the measures taken and claimed the execution of additional works that, according to its position, had not been included or paid for by the client. The hearing included two days of intense discussions between the construction and damages experts.
- Represented several financial institutions in civil lawsuits for moral damages arising from the provision of banking services. The rulings confirmed the absence of non-pecuniary harm and set important precedents regarding the limits of civil liability for financial entities towards their customers.
- Advised and represented banking institutions in multiple lawsuits seeking the annulment of electronic transfers, achieving favorable judgments that upheld the validity of authentication, security, and traceability mechanisms implemented by financial entities. These rulings reinforced the legal certainty of the national financial system against electronic fraud claims.
