We represented Reliv Health, a startup that has established itself as the first digital medical ecosystem in Ecuador, in several legal matters, including its capital raising process in the United States and the acquisition of Hospisoft, a Mexican hospital management platform. This strategic transaction will allow Reliv to expand its ecosystem to Mexico and strengthen its presence throughout Latin America.
