The proceedings involved preliminary injunctive relief restricting the exploitation of such rights. Successfully obtained and maintained the suspension of those measures for more than eighteen months, ensuring the continuity of commercial operations and preserving the revenue generated from the exploitation of the broadcasting rights.
- Represented an individual in commercial oral proceedings against one of Mexico’s leading insurance companies, arising from the breach of a major medical expense insurance policy. The matter involved obtaining preliminary injunctive relief to preserve the validity and effectiveness of the insurance coverage throughout the litigation. Secured a final judgment ordering specific performance of the insurance contract, as well as the payment of moral damages and punitive damages.
- Represented an individual in civil ordinary proceedings filed against a plastic surgery specialist and a nationally recognized medical institution, alleging non-contractual civil liability, as well as moral damages and punitive damages. A favorable judgment was obtained, awarding moral damages.
- Defended one of the leading freight transportation companies in civil ordinary proceedings arising from a traffic accident involving multiple fatalities. A comprehensive legal strategy was designed and implemented, resulting in judgments below two million pesos, as well as the structuring of a trust to secure payments to the victims, mitigate the risk of insolvency proceedings, and reduce exposure to potential criminal implications.
- Represented several national public figures in civil ordinary proceedings filed against a magazine publisher, seeking moral damages and unauthorized use of their image. Favorable judgments were obtained, resulting in awards in favor of the clients.
