Biography

Marianna specializes in civil and commercial litigation, as well as alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Her practice focuses on the representation of public and private entities, as well as national and international investors in civil and commercial proceedings in both federal and local instances, national and international arbitrations and mediation processes.
She has a law degree from Escuela Libre de Derecho.

Experience

  • Represented and advised several domestic and foreign clients in the recovery of assets from various debtors through negotiations, legal proceedings, and mediation procedures.
  • Advised clients in extrajudicial and judicial procedures regarding objection rights.
  • Participated and advised clients in different national and international arbitration proceedings.
  • She has advised several clients in proceedings for the enforcement of arbitral awards derived from international arbitration.
