Mexico City, April 16, 2021 - The Canadian technology and human resources management consulting firm IN-RGY announced its expansion to Mexico after acquiring AYAX, the main partner of UKG (cloud-based human resources management software) in the country, law firm Perez Correa Gonzalez was in charge of representing IN-RGY in the transaction.

The Canadian company seeks to capitalize on the experience and reputation of AYAX through UKG solutions.
